Motion capture, which digitizes the movements of people and objects, has four main types: "optical," "inertial," "mechanical," and "magnetic." The "optical" method constructs a capture space using multiple cameras and tracks the positions of reflective markers. It has the advantage of the highest absolute positional accuracy for capturing.
